Ok someone explain to me why, After basically like 4 years of working out and watching what I eat, well kind of,  I STILL DONT LOOK LIKE THIS? I know its not on my genes but come on, I feel like working out and worrying about my food intake its all I do.

I mean obviously the hard work has paid off, but I feel like I should be looking like this by now.

I bet I run more than this bitch though.
